The agreement between you and Vedvah
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vedvah, including our website, web app, and mobile applications (together, the "Service"), operated by Vedvah, a sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Vedvah is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide during registration is accurate.
Vedvah offers a free Standard tier and two paid tiers, each billed on a recurring basis for a fixed term of either 1 month or 1 year:
On our website, payments are processed securely by Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play (see the note below).
In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play using in-app purchase, and those purchases are governed by Apple's or Google's own payment terms and billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account rather than by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased on our website are billed and managed separately, via Stripe.
Vedvah allows you to browse independent, professional coaches, book discovery calls, and (for Coach Elite members) attend workshops. Coaches on Vedvah are independent professionals, not Vedvah employees or agents. Vedvah does not provide coaching, therapy, or medical services directly, and is not responsible for the advice, conduct, or services provided by any coach. Any coaching relationship you enter into is between you and that coach.
Your Weekly (or, for Premium members, Daily) Insight and your Identity Compass reflection are generated using OpenAI, grounded in data you've provided (your Life Wheel scores and notes, your Your Path intentions, and/or your Identity Compass answers). These insights are intended to support self-reflection and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, are not guaranteed to be accurate, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your region. If the AI service is temporarily unavailable, these features fall back to a rule-based response so the app continues to function.
You retain ownership of the reflections, journal entries, Vision Board images, and other content you create in Vedvah ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it back to you as part of providing the Service — including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider solely to generate your personal insights (see our Privacy Policy for details).
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes on others' rights, or that you do not have the right to share.

The Vedvah name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by Vedvah and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
The Service relies on third-party providers — including Stripe for website payments, Apple and Google for in-app purchases on mobile, OpenAI for AI-generated insights, and AWS for image storage — to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these providers, though we work to minimise their impact on you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (personal, emotional, or otherwise) will result from using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedvah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any actions taken by, or interactions with, coaches you connect with through the coaching marketplace.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
